I finished the calender the first week of January & I am really happy with how it turned out! I used all
Stamping Bella stamps and lots of my stash of DS paper (sadly there is still a ton to use!)
This month I used
LOVEbeetle Huggabugg which is stamped with mementos ink and coloured with copics. I picked my colours from the
Basic Grey bittersweet ds paper I used to mount the month on. The nice thing about using the DS paper on some months is it kept the calender from getting too bulky.
I used my pink atyou spica pen along the car trim, and my red atyou spica on the hearts. For the headlight
s I used a gelly roll pen and a clear glaze pen on top.
The calender is 5x5 and the
base is the exact size of the calender, the base paper I have is 130lb so I just cut a strip 5x12 and scored it at 1, 6, 11 to give a base and used sticky strip to hol
d it together and the binder rings are recycled from last years calender.

Lilly Bittybloom is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest paper and coloured with copics. I paper pieced her had leaving the stem loose. I added some glamour dust glitter along her dress for some sparkle. The ds paper is from my stash of Basic Grey paper (phoebe). I added 3 frosted bella bonbons in the corner.

The DS paper is Bo Bunny's Love Bandit collection, and I added some ribbon, paper piercing, prima flowers and a bella bonbon in the center.

I used this weeks Mojo Mo
nday sketch (MOJO123) as my inspiration and inked up one of my new bella's - "all boxed up a bella". The image is stamped on bella's bestest cream paper and coloured with copics. The DS paper is from October afternoons Cherry hill collection called Cookie Jar (the stripes) and Recipe box. I added some kiwi ribbon and for the prima flower I sprayed a white flower with pumpkin Tattered Angels Glimmer mist. I love the look of the glimmer mist, but was worried ab
out a mess so I kept a boot box with a flip top lid (sturdy sorels what every Canadian gal needs!) and spray in the box lined with paper towel. Once you have sprayed the flower press it into the paper towel to soak up any extra then just put the box away; no clean up required!! I added a bella bonbon to the flower and the buttons are from my collection.
This week I used The Sweet Stop Sketch (SSS40) and Stamping Bella's candy jar with h
olly. The image is stamped on bella's bestest paper with mementos ink and coloured with copics, I used Xmas red stickles on the holly and covered the entire jar with crystal effects so it's shiny.
rey's eskimo kisses line, and I embossed the green cs with Spellbinders Impressabilities (snowflakes). I added 2 snowflakes from my Martha Stewart snowflake punch and added 2 bella bonbons
