The first SSSC of 2014!!

Happy New Year!  It's time for the first SSSC of 2014 and this year we are back with WEEKLY sketch challenges and some new Sweet Sunday Stampers.  Here's this weeks sketch (SSSC201)

For my card I stuck to the sketch (not a new years resolution, just worked out that way this week).

I inked up Em's Lantern Flowers from Stamping Bella.  The image is stamped onto bella's bestest white card stock with memento tuxedo black ink, I only inked up 2 of the 3 flowers.  I coloured the flowers using pencils blended with gamsol.  The flowers are cut out with a circle nestie then layered on a circle cut with MFT's pierced circle stax.  The DP is MME's UP & Away.  I embossed the green card stock with cuttlebugs modern wallpaper embossing folder.

Please stop by the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers blogs - sadly this is Dawn's last week with us, but you'll see we have a couple of new additions!   Remember to link your card to Karen's blog if you play along with us this week

Thanks for stopping by!

Dana
