Bewitching

It's a very scary Bellariffic Friday with all the Halloween ghost & goblins!  To be honest all of Stamping Bella's stamps are cute, sweet Halloween ghost & goblins which I prefer!!

For my card I used this weeks sketch on SCS (SC300) and inked up Bewitched-a-tude.  The image is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest paper and coloured with copics.  I paper pieced the end of her broom & cut the image out with nesties.  The DS paper is basic grey's halloween paper from last year which is layered on pumpkin pie paper & stiched.  For the sky I used Versa magics dew drop inks in aspen mist & niagara mist and sponge the colours on

Make sure you stop by Bloggabella to see all the babes creations & what the sistah have for Halloween treats!!  Next weeks Bellariffic Fridays theme is a colour challenge - FALL COLOURS.  Email Em your card by Thursday to be included next week Bellariffic Fridays

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Welcome to the start of my BFF Karen's Birthday Blog Hop!! A few of us wanted to help her celebrate her big day & because I know she has a FAB card today she is part of her own hop (how funny is that?!)

For my card I inked up MFT's Lovin' From the Oven because Karen's Mom makes the most FANTASTIC chocolate birthday cake!  I am honoured to say I have had her Mom's cake & Karen has also made me this cake - it is SOOOO good that I think I will need to celebrate my b-day when I visit her in the fall {wink, wink}

The image is stamped with mementos ink and coloured with copics.  I paper pieced her apron and bowl with My Minds Eye Quite Contrary line (one of Karen's favs).  The flowers are a punch - funny story Karen bought one & was telling me so naturally I said I "had to have it" but I wanted to make sure I had the little flower for layering - SHOCKINGLY I owned both!!

This next card is from the WONDERFUL Leslie; who has fought this whole blog thing - but always stops  by to leave wonderful comments; I still think she should start a blog!!

She used Izzie has a prezzie & coloured the image with pencil & mineral spirits (she hasn't become addicted to copics yet either!)  She used a clear glaze pen on the ribbons on the prezzies & in Izzie's hair.

The next stop on the hop is the amazing JODI!!  Here is the master list of all the girls participating  & please make sure you stop by to wish Karen & very Happy Birthday!!

Have a great day
