Sweet Sunday Sketch 245

It's Sunday so that means another Sweet Sunday Sketch (245) from Karen.

For my card this week I inked up a sweet Gorjuss girl stamp.

Gorjuss Girl on top of the world is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink and coloured with copics.  I changed the card to a square card to work with my image.  I kept the background simple to let the image stand out

Sweet Sunday 209

Karen has a fabulous Sweet Sunday sketch for us today - one I almost didn't do because I thought I'd already made it then went to check my post and nada no card!  So there I was late Saturday afternoon colouring up one of my new Gorjuss Girl images

This stamp is called "I found my family in a book"

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest cream card stock and coloured with copics.  I used pencils blended with mineral spirits for shading.  On the hearts I added sparkle with a clear wink of stella pen.

A GorJuss Sweet Sunday

For Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch (196) I instantly knew I wanted to ink up one of the new Gorjuss Girls Stamps I have.  I found them this summer at a fabulous scrapbooking store in Kelowna BC called EverAfter Scrapbooking - if you're out that way you should stop in and see Amanda!

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest cream cardstock and coloured with copics.  The image is mounted on cream cardstock which I inked with antique linen distress ink.  The DP is Bo Bunny's Serenade Collection and for the panel behind image is some washi tape - I have a huge collection and I'm determined to use some of it!
