A little SNEAK PEEK!!
It's a SNEAK PEEK of the release on MONDAY! That's right da Bella has decided to have a release on MONDAY! I am so excited - she says there are new characters, new bellas and new Mo rubbah; I feel a big order coming on!
I must confess I am not a cat person, but then sweet Mavis came into my house & she is the purfect cat :)
She is on bella's bestest paper & coloured with copics. I added some black micro fine glitter to the polka dots on her dress and a tiny rhinestone for the nail on the swing. I used a black glaze pen on her nose & eyes; for her whiskers I used a pitch black atyou spica pen. The ds paper if from basic greys Indian Summer line & the embellishment is also from basic grey
I hope you have a fantastic weekend; here not so great- we had a big snow storm Thursday night and as I sit here Saturday morning with my coffee it's windy & snowing. YES you are reading correctly SNOW!! Really both hubby and I are wanting to get out of here because of the crazy weather; but there's that little thing called his job & paycheque that will keep us here!! I hope you all have a great weekend & enjoy the sunshine for me!!

Congratulations
It's Saturday and time for another Sweet Stop Sketch challenge (SSS58) Our niece is graduating from High School this year so I wanted to get her card made. She's already had the ceremony; which seems odd to me since she still has to write exams etc, but I grew up in a small town where there was only 1 high school so there was no worries of events conflicting with other schools or facilities!
The image I used is a digi image from The Greeting Farm - Grad Anya. I printed her onto bella's bestest paper & coloured her with copics. I chose purple because our niece loves purple. Once I had the image coloured I had to find paper (I usually pick my paper then colours) I was happy to find this paper from Kaiser Krafts Utopia line in my stash! The sentiment is from MFT's Essential Sentiments and it's stamped on the ds paper. I added some prima flowers and some purple and turquoise tiny rhinestones.
Please stop by The Sweet Stop blog to see what the rest of the Sugar Babies have created and I hope you can play along with us this week

Masculine Bellariffic
I hope you all had a great week - we didn't get the snow here in Calgary last weekend (our long weekend) but it sounds like we are going to have a horrible weekend; I am sure at some point the heat will leave the east & come west?!
For my Masculine/Father's day bellariffic card I decided it was time to ink up one of my Lollipop boys from Stamping Bella. Dylan Lollipop is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest cream paper & coloured with copics. I used a clear glaze pen on his ipod to give it some shine.
The sentiment comes with the stamp & it is cut with a labels nestie, then I cut it out to mount on the nestie which is on kraft paper. Since Jeaniebella has started her krafty Thursday I have actually been using my stash of kraft paper!! The ds paper is from my stash of basic grey 6x6 pads; this one is archaic. I paper pierced around the pattern paper; wasn't sure about sewing on a masculine card - opinions?!
Please stop by Bloggabella later today to see all the great Guy cards & remember to leave a comment to win some bella bucks. Next weeks Bellariffic Friday's challenge is "Here Comes Summer" - make sure you email Em your cards by Thursday to be included in Bellariffic Fridays and for a chance to win bella bucks!
For all you sistah's in the States - have a fantastic Memorial Day weekend!!

Sketch plus 3 Challenge
When I first started stamping I stalked Joanne B's blog & was always inspired by her amazing cards. When my BFF moved to the states she was introduced to Joanne by Em from Stamping Bella and when I went to visit I got to meet Joanne - for me she's a rock star so I was SOOOO excited! Joanne is as sweet as you can imagine (and teeny tiny!!) she told me I wasn't allowed to just "stalk" her blog but to say hi every once in awhile :)
Joanne is now celebrating that her blog has been visited a half million times - WOW!! She really is a rock star (or stamping star) She has a great challenge going this week - a sketch plus 3. Click here for all the details.
I inked up one of my PI stamps from MFT (they are so sweet!) called my umbrella and stamped the image on bella's bestest cream paper. The image is coloured with copics, and I paper pieced her umbrella and her boots. (1st check on my plus 3). I added some gingham patterned paper from quite contrary (2nd check on plus 3) and I sewed around the edges of the baja breeze card stock and the pattern paper all from my minds eye quite contrary (check 3 on plus 3) I then managed to add two more of the choices - bling and kraft paper!! The scallop punch along the bottom is from EK success and I added some tiny rhinestones along the bottom.
With using the Kraft paper I also played along with Jeanie's Krafty Thursday this week (TKT27)
I hope you have a chance to play along with Joanne's sketch plus 3 challenge it is so amazing that she has had half a million visits to her blog; she is one talented sistah!!
Thanks so much for stopping by

You are Unique
When I saw Karen's sweet sunday sketch (SSSC70) from this week I knew which image I was going to ink up - You Are Unique from Stamping Bella.
The image is stamped on bella's bestest paper and coloured with copics. I used a clear glaze pen on her glasses & added some sparkle using atyou spica pens. The swirl is su's baroque motifs which was stamped with versamark & heat embossed with black embossing powder.
Don't forget that this weeks bellariffic friday's challenge is masculine/father's day - email you cards to Em by Thursday.
Have a great day & thanks for stopping by!!

Sweet Treat
It's Saturday and a long weekend here in Canada, so naturally in Calgary the weather is not that great; cool a great day to be inside!
I picked a nice summery image for my Sweet Stop card today (SSS57)- wishful thinking!! I am crazy about these Pure Innocence girls, and confess I have several still waiting to be inked up! Make Mine a Double PI from MFT is stamped onto bella's bestest paper & coloured with copics. I used a pink atyou spica pen on the hearts, and on the ice cream I added some icicle stickles.
The ds paper is from WeR memory keepers hippity hoppity line. The image is cut with an oval nestie and layered on an large oval scallop nestie. In the centre of the prima flowers i added some bella bonbons

Sketchy Bellariffic
Happy Friday! Today's Bellariffic Friday is a little sad because our Lindabella is out of commission until AUGUST! Click here to see her sad news & send her some lovin' - I know we will all miss her!!
This week we had a sketch to play with; I {heart} sketches! We had some nice weather during the week so I felt inspired to ink up a summer image - Turtle Tots Summer Girls. I love this image & their sweet suits! Of course now the weather is not so nice!!
The image is stamped on bella's bestest paper & coloured with copics. I made the watermelon yellow; if you've never had yellow watermelon you must try it this summer; it's my favourite! When we lived back east (Montreal & Toronto) you could get it all the time, being back here in the West it's a treat when I find it! I added some orange stickles to the polka dots, and icicle stickles on the ice cream cones.
The DS paper is from Imaginisce called Summer cool chocolate double dip. I layered it on regal rose cs. I sewed around the ds paper. I added some cotton candy bonbons, and shaded them a little darker with a copic pen to match the cs & ribbon.
Make sure you stop by Bloggabella to see what the other Babes have created & to see the sistahs cards! Remember to leave a comment to win some bella bucks.
Next weeks Bellariffic Fridays theme is Masculine or Fathers Day cards. Make sure you email Em your cards by Thursday.
For all the Canadian sistahs have a great long weekend!!

Joy
I love Christy Crolls stamps from Stamping Bella, and I'm excited she has some different digi stamps available from her blog Tiddly Inks.
I've had sweet Joy Bugg for some time and decided it was time I coloured her up. I used Mercy's sketch from this week (MTSC74). The image is printed onto bella's bestest paper & coloured with copics. I added some glamour dust glitter to her wings and tiny rhinestones to the centre of the flowers. The yellow is a clear rhinestone that I coloured with a copic.
The DS paper is a 6x6 book from SEI called Jocelyn, which I layered on chocolate chip cs and I added some chocolate ribbon
I hope you have a fantastic day, after several days of awesome weather it's cooling down here; we can't expect nice weather for our long weekend can we?!

Tatiana
Hope you all had a great weekend - mine was good; Saturday was so nice I power washed our deck then went golfing (not a good combination!) Sunday I spent the day getting hubby's clothes ironed to pack & watching hockey; I love the playoffs! Then last night hubby had to unpack because his trip to Europe was cancelled due to the volcanic ash & I told him stuff was NOT getting re-ironed because it sat in his suitcase! Needless to say no stamping time until today.
When I saw Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch (SSSC69) I knew I would play along! I decided it was time to ink up a neglected Ketto stamps from Stamping Bella. Tatiana Ketto is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest paper & coloured with copics. On the large circles on her gauchos (remember those!) and around the flower I used black micro fine glitter, on the smaller dots I used a pitch black atyou spica pen
The ds paper is from Cosmo Cricket, and it's layered on prisma paper. I added a platinum bella dot & some olive bella bonbons.
Remember you have until Thursday to email Em your card for this weeks Bellariffic Fridays - it's a sketch which I LOVE!!

Masculine Sweet Stop
This weeks Sweet Stop Sketch (SSS56) is a sketch with a spin - For the Guys. When I sat down to make my card I realized how few guy images I own! I went shopping at Sweet n Sassy digi's and found the perfect image - Golf Tee!
The image is printed onto bella's bestest paper & coloured with copics. I added some green and brown dirt on the club and ball, because they never stay clean for an entire round of golf!! The golf ball popped up and I added a light coat of with a clear glaze pen.
The ds paper is My Minds Eye Abbey Road layered prisma paper & I added some pumpkin ribbon and paper pierced around the edges.
Please stop by the Sweet Stop Blog to see what the rest of the Sugar Babies have created & I hope you can play along with our sketch with a spin!
Have a fantastic weekend

Colour Coded Bellariffic
Wohoo it's Friday & the forecast is for nice weather this weekend!! I am soooo excited we are golfing tomorrow for the 1st time this season (at home)
Today's Bellariffic Friday challenge was a colour challenge - soft pink, celery green & chocolate chip. I decided to play along with the Mojo sketch this week (MOJO 138). Based on our colours I went with a girl image - sweet Gratty 'tude.
The image is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest paper & coloured with copics. I used green micro fine glitter for the centres of the flowers, and star dust stickles on the hearts. On the polka dots on her dress I used a pitch black glaze pen.
The ds paper is My Minds Eye Quite Contrary layered on chocolate chip paper and celery cs. I added some bella bon bons in cotton candy on the ribbon; both 5mm & 7mm.
Bellariffic Fridays will be posted on Monday (Em is away today) but we have next week's challenge for you - this amazing sketch from Jeanibella!! Submitt your cards to Em by Thursday to be included in the round up
Thanks so much for stopping by & have a fantastic day!

Kraft Sweet Sketch
Happy Tuesday - I am so excited the sun is shining here & there is no snow in the forecast!! It's actually suppose to be hot for the weekend!!
Today I managed to combine 2 challenges in 1 card (love it when I can do that!) First I used this weeks Sweet Sunday Sketch (SSSC68) and I also played along with Jeaniebella's (the Spotted Chick) Krafty Thursday Challenge (TKT25) !! I must say I never grab kraft paper so this was a great challenge.
I bought this Stampavie image by Penny Johnson last week when I was at my LSS simply because of the amazing sample they had. Funny thing about this image is it's so not my style; heck I am so allergic to any shedding dog now that after being at a friends last night I need some heavy duty drugs (and am still a bit fuzzy!)
The image is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest cream paper & coloured with copics. I used a clear glaze pen on her boots & purse & added some clear Taylor's Tiny Twinkles. Instead of mounting the image I inked the edges with versa magic wheat chalk ink. The ds paper is Basic Greys Cappella which worked perfectly with the Kraft ink.
Thanks for stopping by - I hope you have a fantastic day

Izzie has a Brelly
Happy Mothers Day to all the Mother's out there!! Today we had a wee bit of snow in the morning (I know, how crazy is that) but now they say we will finally get rain so I decided to ink up Izzie has a brelly in honour of rain not snow being in our forecast!
I used Taylor's Sketch Challenge from Friday (TESC112) and stamped Izzie on bella's bestest paper and coloured her with copics. For the stripes in her jacket I used a purple atyou spica pen, and on the polka dots I used a pitch black atyou spica pen. For her shoes I used a black glaze pen.
The ds paper is basic greys kioshi layered on perfect plum. I embossed the pale plum cs with cuttlebugs swiss dots and paper pierced around the layers. I added some tiny prima flowers, took the centres off that they had and added some tiny yellow rhinestones.
Don't forget this weeks Bellariffic Fridays challenge is a colour challenge - Soft Pink, Celery Green & Chocolate! Email Em your entries by Thursday to be included on Friday & you could win bellabucks!

A Sweet Stop Sketch & Birthday Wishes
Today it's my friend Janet's Birthday so a few of us decided to celebrate her day with a little birthday blog hop. If you came here from Joan's blog you are in the right place; if you just stumbled on our hop then click here to go to the start at Karen's blog.
It's Saturday so that means it also time for the Sweet Stop Sketch (SSS55) & this weeks was fantastic (as usual!!) I wanted to do something with music since Janet loves metal rock; I must admit I didn't have any rocker images so I went with Chelsea from the Greeting Farms Wild Sprouts collection; at least she's listening to music!!

Flowery Bellariffic
Yeah it's Friday & time for Bellariffic Fridays!! Today's challenge was to use flowers, which was fun to use since it's been snowing here in Calgary - at least I could see flowers someplace!
I went through my bindah's and found a long neglected flowahbella. I used this weeks Mojo Monday sketch (MOJO138) and stamped the image onto bella's bestest paper and coloured the image with copics. The DS paper is basic grey's Kioshi layered on pale plum and perfect plum. I used apple micro fine glitter & black micro fine glitter on the centre of the flowers on the panel. For the centres of the flowers in the pot I used glamour dust glitter
Make sure you stop by Bloggabella today to see all the sistah's creations and next weeks Bellariffic Fridays is a colour challenge - Soft Pink, Celery Green & Chocolate Chip. Email your cards to Em by Thursday to be a part of the gallery & remember you can win bellabucks!
Have a great day & thanks for stopping by

May Calender
This month I chose an image that shows my excitement about it finally being spring & the golf season warming up here!
Fabby is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest paper and coloured with copics. I used a black glaze pen on her sunglasses and a clear glaze pen on her shoes. I added a tiny rhinestone on the clasp of her purse.
Have a great weekend & thanks for stopping by

Chasing Butterflies
Happy Saturday - it's time for another Sweet Stop Sketch (SSS54) I hope you can play along with us this week!
I have had this sweet Pure Innocence stamp waiting to be used & with the snow and awful weather we've had this past week I wanted to do something that made me think of spring!
Sunshiny Day is stamped with mementos ink onto bella's bestest cream paper & coloured with copics. On the hearts I used a fushia atyou spica pen.
The DS paper is My Minds Eye Quite Contrary (shocking I know) layered on SU Rich Razzleberry, I also used the rich razzleberry ribbon. I added some glamour dust glitter to the clouds, and stardust stickles to the butterflies
Please make sure you stop by the Sweet Stop blog to see the other Sugar Babies creations, and I do hope you can play along
Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day
