All about Backgrounds

This weeks Bellariffic Fridays Challenge was to create your own background.

I created the background for Don'ttalktomebeforemycoffeeAbella2.0 using WeR memories hearts embossing folder and some distress ink; picked raspberry and faded jeans then a splatter stencil with espresso distress ink.  I distressed the paper before embossing then went back over it to make some area darker

The image is stamped onto bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with copics and pencils blended with mineral spirits.

On the inside of the card I used the distress inks and stencil again.  The sentiment comes with the image

MojoBella 18

Today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was another fabulous MojoBella sketch.  I took some liberties with the sketch!

For my card I used Edna needs a Martini from Stamping Bella.

The image is stamped onto mixed media paper and coloured with watercolour pencils and paints.  I then cut the image out with the matching die and used that as my "oval" from the sketch.   The DP is crate papers Random

I used the same layers in the inside of the card - the sentiment that comes with this image is fabulous

It's RELEASE DAY!!!

I'm so excited today is RELEASE DAY at Stamping Bella!! I you need a recap of the images Em will have that on Blogabella and just pop over to Stamping Bella and all the images and dies will be under "what's new"  I have a long list!!

Today I'm sharing Snowman with a Chick on top.

The image is coloured with copics.  I added some glitter to the snow and the pom poms on their hats. The DP is from Kaiser Kraft called Mistletoe.

Happy Friday today I'm talking a break from peeks because it's time for the Stamp of the Month at Stamping Bella.  Peaches the stuffy wants an Ice Cream is the Stamp of the month for Sept and is on sale for 20%!!
