Birthday Wishes

I hope everyone had a great weekend - we had decent weather; then snow again today - the weather has been so CRAZY!!  I hope it gets warm soon!

Today I'm sharing a sweet Stamping Bella image - Izzie has a Prezzie (which is currently on sale at Stamping Bella)

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest cream cardstock and coloured with copics.  I paper pieced her dress, jacket and hairband with the DP MME's "memorable".  For the shading around the image I used antique linen distress ink.  The sentiment is retired stamping bella sentiment.  For the layout I used SC432.

You still have time to play along with this week Bellariffic Fridays challenge- a sketch.

Ramona

Happy Friday!!  Today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was a sketch.

Maybe it's all the snow we had last weekend, or the cool temps, or the snow that's in the forecast this weekend - but something made me feel like making a Christmas card and Ramona Love to Glide was perfect.

The image is stamped onto bella's bestest white cardstock and coloured with copics.  For the polka dots and buttons I used an orange gelly roll pen.  For the ice I used crystal effects.  The dp is and old one - Crate Papers Snow Day.  I added a ghost snowflake and a button to finish it off.

Please stop by Bloggabella to see the rest of the of babes and sistah's creations.  Next weeks theme is "BLING IT UP" so add some bling to your card and email it to Em by Thursday to be included on Bloggabella and for a chance to win some bella bucks

Create your own Sunshine....

Karen has another great Sweet Sunday Sketch for us this week I hope you can play along with us

For my card I inked up one of Stamping Bella's newest Uptown Girls - SUNNY is STYLISH.

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest white card stock.  Her skirt and shoes are coloured with pencils and mineral spirits while the rest is coloured with copics.  I paper pieced her sunglasses which are coloured with a gold gelly roll pen for the frames and copics and a clear glaze pen for the lenses.  I paper pieced her scarf and case.  The dp paper is Carta Bella's Paris Girl - which I thought was perfect for this stylish uptown girl.

The sentiment on the inside of the card comes with the image - I need to create my own sunshine here since we have a winter storm warning.  Happens every spring and it's always a huge storm; hopefully this will be the last one!  They say up to 10" before its done

Please stop by the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers blogs to see their creations and this weeks Guest Stamper - remember if you play along with us link your card on Karen's blog for a chance to be a Guest  Sweet Sunday Stamper.

Thanks so much for stopping by & have a great day; with all the snow I have a perfect excuse to stay in and watch the Master's Golf!!

I wish it was rain....

Wow I am SOOOO late with my Bellariffic Friday post-  SORRY!!!  This weeks theme was "Splendid Spring" I decided to go with spring showers; although here we are still getting snow showers.  It's a little something referred to a SPringTer.

Uptown Girl LOLLY and her BROLLY is inked with memento tuxedo black ink and stamped onto bella's bestest white card stock.  The image is coloured with copics, except for the grass which is a mixture of copics and pencils.  On her boots I added a layer of glossy accents.  The DP is Authentique's  Renew.

Please stop by Bloggabella to see the rest of the babes and sistah's creations AND remember to leave a comment on Em's blog to win some Bella Bucks

Next week Bellariffic Fridays theme is a sketch.  Email your card to Em by Thursday to be included on Bloggabella

SSSC 181 revisited

I hope you're all having a fabulous week.  If you recall I made a card for Karen's SSSC181 then when I went to edit it I noticed a few ink marks on it (that'll teach me for letting my desk get way too cluttered!)  I made another card and posted it a little late.  Instead of tossing the card I actually remade the image panel!

Stamping Bella's Mister Penguin goes for a Ride is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with copics.  On the decorations I used a clear glaze pen for shine.  The snow is liquid glue and glitter, for her furry trim I used liquid applique and glitter.  The shading around the image is done with tumbled glass distress ink.    The ds paper Carta Bella's Merry and Bright

This weeks Bellariffic Fridays challenge is SPLENDID SPRING- email your card to Em by Thursday to be included on Bloggabella and you could win some bella bucks

My wonderful friend Leslie says this is totally me - the curly short bob hair and the wine!!

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest cream card stock and coloured with copics.  On the dots on her dress I used a yellow atyou spica pen.  For the wine glass and bottle I used a clear glaze pen.  On the sentiment circle I used scattered straw distress ink for shading.  The dp is MME's Honey.

Sweet Sunday on Tuesday....

I'm late with my Sweet Sunday card for this week.  I had a card all ready to post on Thursday before we went away for the weekend but when I went to edit my photo there was a smudge in the photo and it wasn't on the lens!  Needless to say I didn't have time to make another!!

Here is this weeks sketch from Karen (SSSC181)

For my card I inked up one of my new Stamping Bella image from Diane Duda - Your's Truly

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest white cardstock and coloured with copics.  For the shading around the image I used distress inks in both tumbled glass and antique linen.  The dp is MME's Honey
