Happy Friday - today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was a sketch - I tweaked it just a little wot work with my image
For my card I inked up Senior-ita Magda - from the fall release.
The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest cream card stock and coloured with copics. I used pencils blended with mineral spirits. I added some shimmer on her boa with a clear wink of stella pen. On her glasses I used a clear glaze pen. The dp paper is MME's Chalk Studio. I added the embellishment to the bottom of the image instead of top.
I continued the colour theme on the inside but put the panel on the bottom to work with the fabulous sentiment that comes with Magda.
Please stop by Bloggabella to see the rest of the babes and sistah's creations. Next weeks challenge is an inspiration challenge. To be included on Bloggabella you just need to ink up a current stamping bella image and email your card to Em by Thursday
Bundle up this weekend it looks like it's cold everywhere in Canada and the northern US!!

Sweet Sunday 208
Happy Gold Medal Hockey Sweet Sunday!!! It's going to be a LONG day for me since I'll be up at 5:00 am with my jersey on to cheer on team Canada - yep I'm crazy!!
This one had me stumped at first!! Then I went through some of my Stamping Bella Uptown Girl images and their sentiments and it clicked.
I picked the sentiment from Stamping Bella's Uptown Girl Faith the Fairy. (Maybe I'm trying to give good vibes to team Canada?!) I stamped the sentiment onto bella's bestest cream card stock with versa mark ink then embossed the sentiment with black embossing powder. I then inked the card stock with seedless grape and scattered straw distress ink. The background paper is a piece of apricot card stock embosses with MFT's Fishnet Stencil. Then inked with scattered straw distress ink then sprayed with perfect pearls. I then stitched the layers. The flower is MFTs pretty posies die-namics again inked with the distress ink for some depth. I then finished the flower off with a button
Please stop by the rest of the Sweet Sunday Stampers blogs to see their creations and remember to link your card on Karen's blog if you play along with us this week!

Ribbon or Washi...
This weeks Bellariffic Fridays challenge was to add either washi or ribbon to your card. My plan was to use washi, but after I coloured my image I realize it would have to be ribbon....
I stamped Senior-ita's Mildred and Maude with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest cream card stock and coloured them with copics. I added some shading with pencils and gamsol. The sentiment is stamped on my "ribbon" and I added a button.
Please stop by Bloggabella to see the rest of the babes and sistah's creations. Next weeks challenge is a sketch. To play along you just need to use a current Stamping Bella image and email your card to Em by Thursday
Have you loved all the sneak peeks over on Bloggabella the past two weeks? Em will be posting a recap so we can all make our shopping lists for the release - which may be happening today.....keep checking Bloggabella for all the details!!

Sweet Sunday 207
Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch today was a bit of a challenge for someone like me who likes to ink up images and colour.
After much thought I decided it was time to embrace the "clean and simple" look - I swear this takes longer to design then my other cards!
The starting point was the sentiment which is from Stamping Bella's Uptown Girl Sunny is Stylish. The sentiment is stamped on bella's bestest cream card stock. The dp is Fancy pants Park bench. For the flag behind the sentiment I used MFT's fishtail flag stax die-namics. I sewed around the patterned paper layer.

Super Woman
Today I have another sneak peek for you - Senior-ita Glady's Superwoman!
Stamping Bella is hosting a Love Fest challenge on Splitcoast stampers today so I incorporated the the theme "LOVEY DOVEY SPRING" into my card with the colours
The image is on bella's bestest cream card stock and coloured with copics. I did some shading with pencils and mineral spirits. On her belt I used a clear glaze pen, on the stars on her suit and the stripes I added some sparkle with a clear and pink wink of stella pen. The stars around the image are also coloured with a clear wink of stella pen. I shaded around the image with antique linen distress ink. I embossed the yellow/green layer with stars.
I kept the coloured layers the same on the inside of the card - love the sentiment that comes with this stamp. I added two stars
Don't forget to keep checking Bloggabella for more sneak peeks - the release is on the 24!
And I hope you will have a chance to play along with our Love Fest challenge over on Splitcoast Stampers - Just make a card using Spring colours and link it in the gallery LOVEFEST2014B

A Bellariffic Friday Valentine
Today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was a sketch, and with it being Valentines day I decided to make a valentine card.
For my card I inked up Stamping Bella's I carry your heart with me Duda by Diane Duda.
The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest cream card stock and coloured with copics. I used a pink wink of stella pen on the outside of the heart. I love how those pens take no time to dry and don't alter your paper in any way! The dp is Crate Papers Fourteen (I think it's the only Valentine paper I own!) I added 3 little hearts, and coloured them with a clear wink of Stella pen
Aside from the amazing release we have coming up - have you been loving the sneak peaks?! We are happy to announce we have a new babe on the team!! Tracy MacDonald (I Wanna Build a Memory) is joining us!! Please stop by Bloggabella to see the rest of the babes and sistah's creations - we even have some new babes playing along
Next weeks Bellariffic Fridays challenge (Feb 21) is "Washi or Ribbon" add one or both to your card! Remember you must use a current Stamping Bella image to be included on Bloggabella
Enjoy the rest of the Sneak Peeks -the release is Feb 24!

The Right Shoes - Sneak Peek
I have a sneak peek for you from Stamping Bella's upcoming release. The Right shoes from Stamping Bella was so gorgeous I made two cards! Em's posting the sneak peeks on Bloggabella and Facebook so make sure you "like" Stamping Bella on FB
On my first card the image is on bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with copics. Because of the seam on her stocking I went with a soft grey with a little shimmer on the seam. The shoes are coloured with copics (r24, 27, 29). The DP is Carat Bella's Paris Girl which I thought was perfect for the fashionable shoes
For the second card the image is again on bella's bestest white card stock. The stocking are coloured with copics (T0, 2, 4) and again I enhanced the seam with a black atyou spica pen. The shoes are coloured with pencils blended with mineral spirits. Instead of patterned paper I embossed a piece of card stock
I kept the colour theme on the inside of the card. The sentiment comes with the stamp
