Sweet Sunday Sketch 300

Today's post is bitter sweet as it's our last Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge - we're finishing off with 300!  I remember how excited I was when Karen asked me join her team back in January 2011 and how crazy my husband thought I was.

For this weeks card I used one of Stamping Bella's new images Chicks Who Couldn't Even because it fits how I feel - I Just Can't... Believe I was part of such a fabulous talented team AND I Just Can't wrap by head around the fact that this is the last challenge

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest paper and coloured with pencils blended with mineral spirits.

I want to thank all the amazing talented Sweet Sunday Stampers past and present for always inspiring me and Karen thank you so much for letting me be a part of this amazing team.  Please stop by the Sweet Sunday Stampers blogs to see their creations.

Pink and Blue Christmas

Today's Bellariffic Friday challenge was an inspiration photo

For my card I wanted to use one of Stamping Bella's newest images Chrystal's Christmas label.

The image is stamped onto bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with pencils blended with mineral spirits and some copics (hair and skin)  I used a snowflake background stamp inked with versa mark ink for the base layer.  The shading around the image is done with stormy sky's distress ink

Sweet Sunday Sketch 298

I took some liberties with the sketch because I wanted to use Stamping Bella's Trimming the Tress stamp and cut it out.

The image is coloured with a mixture of copics and pencils blended with gamsol.  I added some glossy accents to the bulbs and christmas balls.   The DP is Bo Bunny's Elf Magic Collection.

JOY for a Sweet Sunday

Happy Sunday!  It's time for another Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge (SSSC296).  I took a few liberties with the sketch....

For my card I used Stamping Bella's Tiny Townie Jenny Feels Joyful stamp and Cut It Out.

The image is stamped on bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with copics.  I added some shading with pencils blended with mineral spirits.  I then cut out the image with the "cut it out".   I then used the "cut it out" on foam to pop the image up.  The DP is MME's Be Merry.

Ellie

This weeks Bellariffic Friday challenge was a sketch.  I took some liberties with the sketch because I wanted to try one of the new cut it outs from Stamping Bella

The image is stamped with memento tuxedo black ink onto bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with copics.  I then cut the image with the cut out - trick is to line it up from the bottom of the image and it cut beautifully.

I then decided to try cutting a piece of foam to mount the image on and it worked perfectly.  I did trim it a little so you can't see the foam under the image

I went outside my comfort box and just used dies and paper to create my card.  The die is from Dee's Distinctively and the dp is Studio Calico's Magical.  I went over the words with a wink of stella pen then with a clear glaze pen.

Tiny Townie Willow

Today's Bellariffic Fridays challenge was to use an Uptown Girl or a Tiny Townie so with Halloween tomorrow I thought I better ink up Tiny Townie Willow the Witch.

The image is stamped with memento ink onto bella's bestest white card stock and coloured with a mixture of copics and pencils with mineral spirits.  For the back ground sky I used three distress inks stormy sky, antique linen, and hickory smoke.

The image comes with two sentients, I use one on the front and one on the inside where I used the same distress inks to do the inside

Please stop by Blogabella to see the rest of the babes and sistah's creations.  Next weeks challenge is a sketch use any Stamping Bella image and email your card by Thursday to be included on Blogabella
