My girlfriend had a baby May 21 & I had offered to make up some birth announcements for her - thankfully I took the stuff to make them to my mom's the weekend before he was born & my mom cracked the whip so they were pretty much done (WHEW) I saved the post until after she received them in the mail. The image is a snag 'em stamp from Imaginisce that I picked up at Scrapbookers Paradise north (thanks Kate!!) The cardbase is certainly celery layered with So Saffron embossed with swiss dots (as you can tell we didn't know if she was having a boy or girl!) The sentiment is from SU's short & sweet set - love that set!
The images are cut with nesties & layered then I added some ds paper from SU and So Saffron ribbon with 3 green rhinestones.

I decorated the inside with a stamp from Imaginisce which was perfect & decorated the corners with more SU ds paper (from sale-a-bration this year)
I haven't visited them yet, she lives about 1.5 hrs away & as soon as she feels up to it I am off on a road trip to see her & meet Matthew- I am really excited!!
