Skater Dude..

I picked this image of Ethan Lollipop tonight, but really I should have looked for a skier since Canada won it's first gold on home soil tonight! I was so excited, and hubby was on a plane so I phoned my BFF who now lives in the States & hadn't seen it yet. We then stayed on the phone & watched the US coverage together (yes we are a little crazy) but it was SO EXCITING!!

For my card I used Mercy's sketch (MTSC60) and made a narrow card (51/2 x 31/2) Ethan Lollipop is stamped with mementos ink on bella's bestest paper and coloured with copics; I use my melon atyou spica pen on his laces. The ds paper is from Fancy Pants Rough & Tough collection. I used 3 ghost stars and covered them with icicles stickes & paper pierced around the layered pieces.

Thanks for stopping by - I hope to get a lot of stamping done this week, but I find myself parked in front of the big screen (instead of the little on in my stamp room) watching the Olympics; I believe it will be a very unproductive 2 weeks for me!!
